We aim to reply within 2-3 business days. If you've spotted an error in a review or have a product suggestion, those go to the top of the queue.
We don't accept paid placements, sponsored reviews, or "featured product" arrangements. If you're a brand reaching out for that, save your time — we'll always say no.
We do accept review samples, but receiving one never guarantees a spot in our guides. The product still has to earn it.
